1. Services
Abdul Rafay Solar Solutions ("we", "our", "the company") provides solar energy system design, supply, installation, and associated services in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas of Pakistan. All services are provided subject to a separate written quotation and acceptance of that quotation by the customer.
2. Quotations
Quotations provided by Abdul Rafay Solar Solutions are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to fluctuations in equipment costs, exchange rates, or other factors. A final quotation is provided after a site survey and is subject to on-site conditions.
The Solar Calculator on our website provides estimates for initial guidance only and does not constitute a formal quotation. Actual system sizing and pricing is determined after a professional site assessment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in the project agreement and quotation. Typically, an advance payment is required to confirm an order and procure equipment, with the balance due upon installation completion. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Installation
Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by equipment availability, weather conditions, site access, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly. The customer is responsible for providing safe, accessible work conditions on-site.
5. Warranties
Equipment warranties (solar panels, inverters, batteries) are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Abdul Rafay Solar Solutions provides a workmanship warranty on our installation for a period stated in your project agreement. Warranty claims related to equipment defects must be directed to the manufacturer, and we will assist you in this process.
Warranties are void in cases of damage caused by: misuse, unauthorised modification, fire, flooding, lightning (where surge protection was not installed), or failure to maintain the system as recommended.
6. Net Metering
We assist customers with NEPRA/DISCO net-metering applications as a courtesy service. Approval of net-metering applications is at the sole discretion of the relevant Distribution Company (DISCO) and is subject to their technical requirements, policies, and connection capacity at your location. We cannot guarantee net-metering approval.
7. Liability
Abdul Rafay Solar Solutions is not liable for: loss of revenue or profits arising from system downtime, damage caused by events beyond our control (grid outages, natural disasters, third-party interference), or system performance variations due to seasonal weather patterns, shading changes, or grid voltage issues.
